Czech Republic to have one car per two inhabitants in 2020 - Prague Daily Monitor
The Czech Republic will register one car per two inhabitants in 2020, the daily Lidove noviny says today, citing a forecast by the Transport Research Centre in Prague.

At present, there are 388 cars per 1,000 inhabitants in the Czech Republic. The study says the number will grow to 420 in 2010 and 495 in 2020.

If you're looking at economic growth, this will come as good news. If you're trying to find a place to park (or some air to breathe), this will probably come under the bad news category.
