Here's a nice bit of news. Apparently people were learning Czech as long ago as 1907.
U.S. University of Nebraska celebrates 100 years of Czech lessons - Czech republic Lincoln, USA - The University of Nebraska in Lincoln will celebrate 100 years of Czech language lessons in the forthcoming school year as Czech has been continuously taught at the university since 1907.

move yourself to Brazil and start teaching Czech here, then, in 2107, we can celebrate one hundred years of Czech teaching in a university here. But out of universities I think that there are some few courses, but only a few...
