Good question. A popular online-only newspaper Aktuálně.cz has introduced English reporting on http://aktualne.centrum.cz/czechnews. So far, the news items on the page are pretty interesting (although I don't understand why they include world news). I hope it will find its audience. Unfortunately, I couldn't find its RSS feed which means I won't probably follow it very closely.
